Quirky rooms with bare brick walls and nautical theme. The free boat shuttle from Canary Wharf is frequent and good fun! Free cookies on arrival :)

Spacious room. River / Canary Wharf view. Really handy to have the free ferry to get across to Canary Wharf - short walk to loads of bars / restaurants and the tube. Or get the clipper east to Greenwich or West to rest of London. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The staff were fantastic. Location was gorgeous. The public spaces are well decorated and high quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room which was brilliant. There was a TV in oth rooms, plenty of space, nice bathroom, and a surprise balcony area overlooking the London skyline. Each room has its own heating system and was lovely and warm. Tea and coffee were provided, but bottled water has to be paid for. The breakfast was amazing, we are vegetarian and there were so many options, including vegan croissants and hot food options. There were cereals, fruit, toast, and much more. The free boat crossing the river was very handy, but check evening times as we got stuck for 40 minutes waiting for one later on.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They were always ready to listen to requests and assist where possible.
